In April 2019, SA Recordings released avant-garde composer Lea Bertucci’s critically acclaimed record ‘Acoustic Shadows’. We did a run of 300 records which sold out swiftly. The record received Contemporary Album of the Month from The Guardian and was in Boomkat’s Top 5 albums of the year for 2020.
For Record Store Day 2021 we released a limited edition splattered/ coloured vinyl (clear/black) featuring the previous embossed front cover art.
Printing only 300 in total, the record is also accompanied by a digital download code for a new and unheard track 'Of Shadow and Substance'. The piece was composed by Lea Bertucci with sounds from her accompanying 'Acoustic Shadows' sound library.

The new album from electroacoustic composer Jeremy Young is draped in a sense of mystery, tones flickering gently, like an old home movie. Bandcamp New & Notable May 9, 2021

"The paradox of an infinite string of unique moments informing the repetitive nature of being. The Unification of Inner and Outer Life as the last track’s title suggests? That’s probably impossible. But this album might help getting closer to that goal. Music triggering the weight and scale of the human experience."
